A little dump from my last phase of training .. and boy was it messy 😂

This 7 week phase was supposed to be all about final upper body rehab working on stability and rebuilding strength, with the look to get back to my favourite exercise, benching,
It’s been so long since I had these unhealthy eating habits that it almost feels like it happened to a different person.

At the time, I genuinely believed I was just being super disciplined and I even thought those habits were doing me good. I
Where to start with the past week 🫤

I honestly came out of April thinking I was through my run of bad luck, but May clearly had other ideas, the last week of May in particular throwing me some curve balls.
